I bought 1 bottle from Chemist warehouse in January 2013, used it almost everyday and not even 1/4 through…. 2 bottles would take ages to use…

Can you use this as a lubricant?

I would not recommend this as a lubricant because it has fragrances which may irritate the area. I would recommend a water based gel without fragrances as a lubricant.

Coles also have a special for Bio Oil this week for 60ml bottles for $10 each, so probably cheaper to buy it at Coles without being hounded to buy more.
