      quality is like new, i ordered awhile ago all original documents included
      only problem others been having is toll delivery , in which i had problems with them when ordering other laptops with dell

      not only that, my client has a dead six months old $1700 vaio duo, took three months to get a replacement after ship back to sony, then spent another $250 to buy and install win7 again.
