I don't know many people named Web and it'll be really odd if they introduced themselves that way. Hi, I'm Web, the rapist.

It's alright, perhaps a way for easy recognition ;)

  • hmm this or the galaxy S4…..

I'd get the LG G2. It has better cpu, gpu, battery life. S4 has removable battery, microsd slot.

    • Nexus 5 coming out soon.

Stock android > LGs ridiculous overlay, Samsung's Touchwiz.
Specs of all these high end phones are close enough.

  • OP - is this really from Kogan, or from Kogan HK Limited?

Kogan is the Australian business (and company).

    • It's a grey import from kogan HK Limited.

  • It's a grey import from kogan HK Limited.

I think that posts should be more accurate where Kogan or Kogan HK are concerned.

    They are completely different suppliers/sellers.

  • What happens if you get a faulty one with kogan HK?

    • What happens if you get a faulty one with kogan HK?

If you receive a faulty item, or if the item becomes faulty, you would have to return the item to the seller.

If you purchased the item from Kogan HK Limited, YOU were the importer. You have no Local Warranty from the Australian Agent/Distributor. You also have no rights under Australian Consumer Protection Legislation (at least none that can be enforced). You have to rely on the good will of Kogan Pty Ltd (the Australian business) to act on your behalf as some type of 'agent' for you. NOTE that Kogan Pty Ltd did not act as an agent (either for you or for Kogan HK Limited) when you made the purchase from Kogan HK Limited.

It becomes rather complicated (or can do so). For some unknown reason Kogan Pty Ltd attempts to fix or replace your item on behalf of the completely separate overseas company Kogan HK Limited. This may be done quickly, or can take quite some time. Perhaps Kogan Pty Ltd are paid by Kogan Limited to act as their Service Agent for only Warranty Services? It has never been revealed exactly what the relationship is between the two companies.

Kogan Pty Ltd allows Kogan HK Limited to use their website to accept orders and payments. However that is the only connection between the two companies as far as the ATO or Fair Trading is concerned.

  • Kogan again !!! if you could, try to avoid it … it looks cheap but not when you look at their support/services. It might be another price error from Kogan.

  • is there a price guarantee for a period after the product is bought? Because I bought the LG G2 32gb white for $609 + delivery and after it has just arrived, Kogan has lowered the price to $539
