To take advantage of this offer, all a customer needs to do is make their next technology purchase via the Delta Technology Australia website which can be found at www.deltatechnology.com.au.
In the about part of the page, it says 'Luke Brewer started Delta Technology as a hobby running from his living room table' so yes - the OP is the owner of the company.
Unfortunately the deals are very average and even free shipping does not help. Free shipping, in this case, does not make any item a bargain. A 9" EeePC is going for $649 on Delta, while we're seeing other sites do $599 for the 1000HA delivered.
So - a negative for me. What 9289 are doing is a real bargain. Free shipping on all products that were cheap enough to begin with. Unfortunately their website has crapped itself in the last few days but that is what I would consider a bargain, not this. Sorry!
I'd wager they're advertising, not posting a deal. They got yanked from another site for doing this.
I skimmed through the stuff on the site, and it doesn't really seem cheap anyway. (i.e. similar netbooks for ~100$+ less elsewhere)

Technically, free shipping is the bargain being advertised, and free shipping is always a bargain, but this get a neg from me because it seems more like advertising than trying to help us ozbargainers out. You've got to tell us if you represent the company.
Sure, but my point was: the initial prices aren't cheap enough to justify purchasing even with free postage. You can get it elsewhere for cheaper.
