Was going to order a Ultra Plus 256GB, but the total amount ends up being $165 + $9.95 delivery + $4.95 credit card surcharge of nearly $179. Only $6 cheaper than MSY so didn't buy one. Still decent deal for anyone who couldn't get to MSY.

  Ultra Plus and Extreme II are both 7mm thick. Extreme is 9.5mm thick.
  
  Lenovo x200 can use either thickness, I don't know if it needs a spacer to take 7mm drives. The Ultra Plus comes with a spacer if needed.

If you prefer a B&M store instead of online (it should be easier and cheaper to do warranty that way), MSY sells the 128GB for $1 more than these guys after delivery. You'll receive it quicker also.
