Can't say this is a bad deal, but for similar $$$, I'd rather go for a Dell refurb … more reliable and much better customer service …

  Had a look at the Dell refurb list and can't see similar $$$ for similar spec.
  Among the 15.6" options were Inspiron 15 Laptop 3rd Generation Intel Core i3-3217U for $519 and Inspiron 15 Laptop Intel Pentium processor 2127U (2M Cache, 1.9GHz) for $379
  
  Is the similar $$$ for same spec or you tradeoff for reliable and better customer service?

    Well I got myself a refurb inspiron 15R i5-3210, 8G Ram, 1T HDD, AMD7670 for $379 a while ago, is that a way better deal than this?

About $479 new at OW.
Saves you $120 but being refurbished and 1yr mail-in warranty, instead of 2yrs for new.

Aren't these the ones that DSE were doing for $250 a while back, but including a graphics card:

Some (ahem) managed to pricematch with OW and get them (without graphics card) for $188 after cashback…bit of a mixup at OW so not strictly by the rules but makes this look a little pricey?
I guess no cashback on refurbs either since the part number has a few extra digits - "NX.M09SA.004-WP9-R"
