    Freo low stock. Called - sold out
    Morley low stock. Called - one left. Display model. been on all day every day for about 8 months. Still has all the protective sticky stuff on it so in good nick and still has original 1 year acer warranty. I didn't take it so its still there for the taking.
    Couldn't find anything else in WA.

    Top Ryde NSW has a display model if anyone is interested, just got off the phone. I was going to get it but then like Riczter said it been on for months and plus being used by hundreds of people sorta changed my mind. Still worth it if you dont mind the display model.

    went to officeworks, met a guy got 3 from dicksmith (he said, got them from boxhill and camberwell)
    officeworks does not want to do price beating (lying: out-of-stock, i check their website, in-stock)

          as advised above, I guess the stock at officeworks is meant for cashback where the ones from DSE are NX.M0DSA.003, don't know what are the differences in hardware

          I got my laptop at Officeworks and my SNID doesn't validate on the Acer Cashback site either. Did anyone who this happened to try calling their help number?

          The Cashback laptop is a different model , its one without Graphic Card . The Officework model thats doing the cashback is Aspire E1-571 , but the one from Dicksmith is E1-571G . I think some of the officework staff got confused when doing the price match , as the model at Dicksmith is E1-571G not the E1-571 but on the website its showing E1-571 so the people who are getting cashback got the one without Graphic Card only onboard graphic.

    Just got it price matched at Melbourne Elizabeth st. store. At first guy at OW did not believe it and he has to check it with his manager who asked him to call for the stock check (even through they checked at the DSE website and it do show them in stock). Thanks OP really good deal.

      alright folks I have been giving bad advice today, just to clarify (from ACER suppport)

      the model listed on DSE website is missing a letter

      on the box it should say

      Acer E1-571G-33114G50

      where G denotes the additional graphics card add on, this does not qualify for cashback

      the ones from officeworks which peeps are busy pricematching are,

      Acer E1-571-33114G50

      this comes with intel graphics only but qualifies for cashback

      so

      $249.50 with nvidia gt 620m
      $188.025 without

      if you're into some light gaming do try your luck with DSE first

      there's still stock around VIC

      this is the most diversified ozbargain deal I ever seen :D

        I called them around 1pm and went to pick it up soon after. While I was there, at least three calls were made asking for the laptop!! Nice customer service there..They also gave me two years extra warranty!!

    In case you want to install a different OS, these have a P.I.T.A. Insyde BIOS that is a bugger to flash.
    Still haven't done mine and ACER advise keeping the pre-installed OS to maintain warranty.
