We have just had some bad news from a close friend regarding breast cancer. As of this, and with National Breast Cancer Month coming to an end, we decided that we would do a fund raiser of our own, with 25 cents of each cable sold going to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Please buy a cable, or 10 and help us support a cause that affects not just you, but every one around you. We are roughly breaking even with each sale so we are donating our time as well in sending the products out.

Upon completion of the fundraiser, we will email each buyer a picture of the cheque or bank transfer (whichever is easiest for the National Breast Cancer Foundation) to the email address supplied by eBay. We will also put up a link to a picture in the comments section of this thread. :)

    usually, these coloured cables are crap.. wont charge your smartphone/tablet at all.

    choose wisely.

      Yeah these cables are rubbish. I ordered 2 from china not long ago and had this same problem. Neither cable worked and seller tried to feed me some BS saying how the port on my phone is broken. I went out and bought a Belkin cable and have no problems now.

      Anyone considering this due to the charity factor is better off just donating $2 directly to NBCF as you will just end up throwing this cable in the bin.

        We sell many of these cables and have very few issues in regards to them not working.

        I also have one in my computer as we speak charging my mobile so I can confirm, they do in fact charge your phone.

    how do we know they will actually donate the money?

    also, these are crap cables

    need to buy decent 28/24AWG cables for higher current and faster charging

    they are freakin expensive btw

    so its actually cheaper to buy usb A to MINI usb high gauge cable + a mini usb to micro usb adapter

    I got a 3m cable. It too narrow and charges the mobile very slowly. Need at least 26awg to fast charge.

    Hi guys,

    We sold 22 of the cables which means we would be donating $5.50 to the charity.

    But we felt that wasn't enough so we nearly quadrupled that amount and donated $20. :)
