TDK in-Ear Noise Cancelling Earphones NC-350 $5 @ DS - Click & Collect Only - Limited Stock

160

Stock is very limited and mainly located in regional areas. Appears to be at least 20+ stores with stock so that is enough to make this worthwhile posting.

DS selling these for $48.98 in NZ http://www.dicksmith.co.nz/earphones/tdk-nc350-in-ear-h-phon…

Contact your local store if you are looking for stock. Quite often stores will have stock although none is showing online. See comment by KillerkratZ http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/121882#comment-1672988

  • how do these compare to the she3500

Unfortunately, I have nothing to compare my set of TDK NC-350's with, but they DO cancel a significant amount of external noise (usually refrigerator and dishwasher in my case), and are also capable of surprisingly good quality audio, including quite strong bass reproduction. There's some high frequency hiss, which is only usually noticeable in any gaps in the music. For active noise cancelling at this price, they're a screaming bargain!

"DS selling these for $48.98 in NZ"

      Seriously…

        Well this link says

        Reduced to clear : $5 WAS $9.00

        Seriously…

Which is why the OP clearly pointed out that he was quoting the NZ price and provided a link to the NZ DSE website. Which you would have noticed had you taken the time to read what was there properly rather than scrambling to add to your >17000 comment count.

knee jerking again jv ? …seriously

        • Which is why the OP clearly pointed out that he was quoting the NZ price

NZ price is irrelevant when the normal price here is $9…

          You're saving $4, not $40….

        • Did OP claim you were saving $40? No. He was pointing out that they retail for almost $50 in NZ which would be a good indicator that you can expect them to be good quality. You can leave it up to other users to determine how relevant that is to them.

it seems my local DSE is out of stock..pretty sure most store is out of stock.

    Cheers

    • Looked like plenty of stock in SA. Unless someone just bought them all up in the last 10 minutes.

        he is from sydney

  • look most uncomfortable

  • No stock anywhere in Perth

  • got the Click & Collect reservation pick up email.

  • If you really want one it's worth ringing your local store. Stores may have stock even though it does not show up on the website

  • I bought one of these from JB hifi. They have a really short wire. Unless you're going to clip your mp3 player to your chest, I doubt you'd be able to use them. Also you can't interchange the left bud with the right one, they're designed to fit only in the correct side ear.

      Cord length is 1.2 m

      • Mine is less than a meter. Maybe I got ripped off. :(

  • Have to drive 70kms to the nearest outlet, fuel will cost more than $5 not including 2 hours of family time lost.

    • even with fuel taken into account you're still $5 ahead! Where's the ozbargain spirit? Buy 10 while you are there and you SAVE even more!

  • None in any Brisbane store.

Just popped by my local store in Chadstone, VIC. There's like 5 units on the shelf being sold for $49.95 but when I tried to click and collect online it says sold out. I guess there is a special stockpile for this clearance.

  • I did use click and collect from St.Ives store and when I called in the store as I was coming in for pick up. they said they are out of stock. Dont trust them and Dick's click and collect deals

Just picked up 2 and they're definitely worth $5. Decent enough range and clear bass.
Noise cancel controller is fixed inline so might be annoying to some.

Also come with a 1 into 2 stereo 3.5mm adapter (just like the Airline Headphone Adaptor) which is handy.

    Cheers Unity1

  • I didnt pick mine up from Menai so they should have 1.
