when posting i only saw the 95 @ coles deal which is pretty old
I am talking about this expired deal for $50 but my local still have some so not national wide.
arrr no wonder i couldnt find it….it was under delonghi and dolce gusto was not mentioned
which is kind of the must distinguishing part of the name (from the nespresso range)
Not a bad machine if you just like espresso shots (or you're willing to just use the coffee pods and foam/heat your own milk) as the milk pods blow chunks.
i've used the milk pods included in the cappuccino, mocha, macchiato packs and never had milk chunks in my coffee. I. thought they have a sort of filter inside but i'll "operate" a milk pod tonight after work and check :)

I found new(more than the 2-4 usual) packs 2 days ago @Coles Earlwood Nsw!!! They also had the Peach tea and chai latte.
I usually buy cappuccino and expresso from IGA cause it is cheaper ($6.39~6.89) but last time i went there the prices were same as Coles($8). The same Coles store had also the(new?) dolce gusto play&select but there was no price on the shelf.hmmm interesting
may have to pay Earlwood a visit as even the dolce Gusto website doesnt have mocha listed (for Australia anyway)well even if no one gets this deal at least it made some laugh today =)

it is, but the one i saw is a different model in a different box doesn't look like a piccolo or genio machine
They are crap don't buy it. Biggest waste of money, the overall quality of the coffee is horrible. Go to 7 Eleven and get the $2 large cups, much better.

The only pods that are worthwhile are the Americano's which work out to 50c a pod if you buy a pack of 16 for $8.
The pods are much bigger than the Nespresso pods so I use a much larger mug than normal (about 50% larger).espresso pods cost the same and the coffee is not bad at all
Worst machine ever. Dont Buy! Save your money and buy the Woolworths Cafe Italy system instead. I bought the Dolche Gusto from Coles for $50 and have been regretting it ever since.
My local Coles still have some for $50 from last special.
