      Good deal, but yes, you only need to wait a week or 2 for someone to budge and make a good price cut (and after all if you've waited this long you might as well wait a little bit more)

        I don't think they will go much cheaper any time soon. There is still a huge market for PS3's as not everyone wants or can afford the PS4 and Sony knows this.

  ps3 is still 1080p —- they're not going to go the ps2 and be sub $100 for a long time yet….

    The PS3 outputs very few games at 1080p, most are 720p.

  Haha. I'm really tempted to buy one of these cheap ones. I already have a perfectly working one but it's good to have a spare just in case right? I mean, who knows when they might stop selling them and then I won't be able to play all my lovely PS3 games.
