    Spent mine yesterday! Good times.

  • $22.72 discount on http://www.winemarket.com.au/cart?__utmx=-&__utmv=-&__utmz=84479179.1384387689.1.1.utmcsr=Responsys|utmccn=WarmupOther|utmcmd=email&__utmk=217825695&__utma=84479179.417150192.1384387689.1384387689.1384387689.1&__utmc=84479179&fragment=cart&__utmb=84479179.6.10.1384387689 makes it $38.88 delivered for 12 bottles

(Something iffy about how they calculate the discount though …)

    • That's discount on the price without GST (for some reason they display it that way). It will be $25 off total.

  • anything good that anyone can recommend. Not really cheap ones. Something decent but not yet too expensive. So, ok for giving as present

    • carton or just as singles?

      • carton or just as singles?

Do they allow purchase of singles? Everything I look as is per carton (case) :/

    • What amount do you have in mind when you say "not too expensive"?

I'd suggest that the following would fit into that category - http://www.winemarket.com.au/MYSTERY-ADELAIDE-HILLS-PINOT-NO… - especially when you take away a further $25.

However, other people might have a different view about what "expensive" or, indeed, "too expensive" is.

This would also fit into the gift-worthy category.

$90 for six before discount is respectasble. You would have to move in some pretty wine-snob circles before they would decline it.

      I got this;

      http://www.winemarket.com.au/DUCKS-IN-A-ROW-VERMENTINO-2010-…

Down to $47 for 6, and it was free delivery for reasons I can't work out.

Never had Vermentino before, but by buying this it does looks like I know what I'm talking about.

    • Try "Hesketh Thirsty Dog" Cabernet Sauv @ $109 before discount, thus $84.
Price includes delivery, so this is a good deal.

  • Code works for Corona FYI if you're willing to risk them cancelling your order.

  • +2

    Includes Beers!

    $36 Coronas delivered here - http://fb.winemarket.com.au/Facebook/FB-BEER/Corona.html

    code will work

    • until they refund you're order as they've done in the past.

      • In the past year I've placed 5 orders for beer/cider where coupon code was used outside of their terms and conditions and none were cancelled

    • thanx, i ordered 1!

      • +1

good luck. just don't get upset if they cancel it.

        • FYI, my order has been despatched! :)

Just picked up 12 of these:

    http://www.winemarket.com.au/Salisbury-Cabernet-Sauvignon-20…

Came to $30.88 so just over $2.50 a bottle. Dan Murphy's has it for 5.69 a bottle in a dozen.

      Thanks for the heads-up.

I just ordered the second last case.

      • +1

        …and I ordered the last

    • In the spirit of OZ Bargain, I've ordered this one as well. 1 bottle of wine is usually enough to get me smashed so $ 2.50 is really a bargain!!!

I got the Mystery 07 Margaret River Red (McHenry Hohnen) last time and it was a great drop, so here's my attempt to repay.

    Browsing through I noticed this:

    www.winemarket.com.au/Coonawarra-Mystery-Merlot-2009-6

    which looks to be this:

    http://parkercoonawarraestate.com.au/downloads/notes/3/2009.…

with scores of 94, 91 and 94 here:

    https://www.crackawines.com.au/Parker_Coonawarra_Estate/2009…

and RRP of $40 per bottle here:

    http://www.nicks.com.au/2009-parker-coonawarra-estate-terra-…

    Total comes to $126.01 - 25 + 8 shipping = just over $18 per bottle.

    Can anyone recommend?

Still have half my case of the McHenry Hohne - was a good choice whomever recommended

      • +1

Agree - absolutely cracking wine for $10 a bottle!

  • Thanks, just got a case of Clancy's Red (12 bottles). Works out to be half the price you can get a Dan's or 1st Choice

  • Best value NICE red in a 12 case? I've not tried Grant Burge Batch 01 Shiraz so it's tempting, but 2011 wasn't a great year for the barossa.. Ishtar 2009 shiraz, anyone tried this? Peter Lehman Back to Back Cab Sav 2010, prefer shiraz but 2010 was the best year so could be good.. Decisions :/ Anyone tried NIGHT HARVEST BRONZE LABEL 2009 Shiraz?

    Oh thank heavens for WineMarket!

I've been waiting for this… no more NakedWines 'hook & bait' tricks with monthly memberships etc., just a good solid shop selling great products at great prices without any catches. Another OzBargain favourite!

  • Hi Guys,

I know nothing about wine but I need to buy a couple of cases. What would everybody recommend at around $10-$15 per bottle.

I'd like to get a mix of red's and whites.

    Thanks!

    What Cider?

  • Cheers! Got the cheapest Red. Says something about being on backorder though so hoping for the best!

  • Any good tasting vodkas? I'm new to alcohol, can anyone recommend one?

    • If you are new to alcohol, do your kidneys and liver a favour and don't do vodka. :)

      http://www.stoli.com/

But I've noticed the aussie importers have started watering it down from 40% to 38% grrr

      • I rather get off on vodka without the extra calories then having beer to have the same effect. Should rephrase, new to being aware what I ingest lol. Usually I just shoot down whatever friends/family point at me.

          Moonshine for you

Thanks! Got this awards winning white wine for $6 a bottle delivered.

  • A nice stocking filler has turned up - LINDEMANS BIN 85 PINOT GRIGIO 2012. End up being $17 for 6 bottles after discount.

    http://www.winemarket.com.au/LINDEMANS-BIN-85-PINOT-GRIGIO-2…

  • Hmm, the deal says expired here, but I just managed to use the code successfully - maybe because I'm in WA and it's still 19/11?

  • I ordered six bottle of Saint-Hilaire Blanquette De limoux french sparking a few days ago using this code for about $60. Yesterday I can still see my order history in my account online with a order ID, However, today, I login my account and it says there is no order history… I have no idea what’s going on and also I didn’t received any email that confirm that I make the purchase!!!!!

    Anyone had the same problem?

    • Yes, it's temperamental at best. Use the tracking details provided in the e-mails sent to you - should be a wine market branded Nexday Couriers page.
