Thanks OP. Around 2 hours from Syd. Child entry (4-15) is $10 standard price (so no need to buy this for your child).
Valid till 31 December only.

  The Fly is a treetop walk where you are right on top of the escarpment and so you get a fantastic (weather permitting) panoramic view of the Illawarra basin and South towards Kiama etc and North up towards Kurnell.
  
  So the views are great and you get a bit of a thrill walking on raised/suspended walkways, so yes its good but then again being someone from the Illawarra (but now a Sydney resident), the same view can be had for free along numerous spots along the escarpment - some of which have little in the way of guard rails and so you have a 100+m drop.
  
  Not to sound like I'm either promoting this deal or doing a PR job for tourism, however there are also some lovely waterfalls not far from there - Belmore and Fitzroy falls and so if you're going to the effort of going to the Fly, then these are also just around the corner.
  
  Note that the roads around that area are authentic country roads where you have to actually pay attention etc.
