    For today's price its pretty tight, and I also thought the screen would be errh so so, but its really vibrant and nice in colour. I really like the screen, I am comparing it to my partner Asus N56.
    The sound and battery life is definitely better than her Asus

    anyway good luck guys, thought I would share the love.

    Astro551's linked review seems to suggest a 1080p screen. The worded description also states full HD, again suggesting a 19201080 resolution, however the stats at the bottom of the page say 1366768, as you've stated. Perhaps a rep could clear this up?

      There are different model of this laptop.
      MLN just copy and paste the overview from HP

      Look like this url is no gonna show up as a link so you are going to have to copy and paste it to view it.

      That is very misleading and lazy of them.

      yeh sorry for the confusion, realised after I showed this deal to a friend that this was the crappy res model. Still is a good deal though having an i7 Gen 4 for 1k considering everything else, but screen is a killer for many people.

    I am really happy with the screen. the colours are perfect and so is the brightness. It is a very high quality machine overall.
