CRC always have minimum spends, as do wiggle on some of their promotions. fact is, if you're actually a regular visitor to these sites and not just an ozb troll you'd realise that buying cycling gear is an obsession that easily results in large orders.
if you want 10% off a $10 item shipped free then maybe you should check ebay, because i'm sure you won't get one.
this is great for me because i've been waiting for a discount on top of already discounted tyres in my cart (and they didn't adjust those prices to absorb this 10%).

As much as I love ordering cycling gear, this stuff is subject to the same market economics as everything else. While I would like to replace my Campag bib, I'm not going to crank up my order just to receive a piddling $20 off.

For CRC, I've always try to put in an order greater than AU$100 to receive free shipping so AU$225 isn't hard to achieve. They usually dispatch same business day and arrive in 1 week to Sydney.
The $225 min spend kills this deal for me
