      That was the BM8475-00X. Different model with a different dial face colour. This is a new model that was released in September in Australia. Thanks

          Not really advisable. It will not look the best. You can always get a fitted after market band if you have a good watchmaker locally. I have seen this particular model with a resin band as well and it looked very schmick. Thanks

    What is a nato band- i don't like the 'cloth' band that's going to be too long.

    I already have 2 eco drive watches. They are both over 10 years old and are still going strong, completely reliable.

    I can't seem to figure out why this watch even costs $250 in the first place. Looks like a standard, simple designed cheap watch you can find on eBay for $10. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice watch, but it has nothing that screams out $250!!
    Am I missing something?

      it's Eco Drive for starter, (solar powered), then it's scratch resistant glass,has date and day and 5 years warranty on the eco-drive. Seiko well known and trusted Japanese brand (though this watch still probably constructed in China), another pro.

      Don't know if that justifies $109 but definitely better than a $10 eBay one
