Yeah will just reuse the oil from the deep frier.
20W-40 oil should only be going in older (pre-1996) cars, so this is a good deal if you have an older car that needs an oil service. helix will be better than the usual basic mineral oil that you would otherwise ordinarily get for $20/5 litres.
