  • Awesome. Gets down to $97.20 if you signed up for the $30 Amex promotion.

    • -1

But you'll need to find another $22.80 to spend on something else to make the offer.

      • +1

Nope since the price is still above $150 before cashback.

      • If you struggle to add something you like because it is stated out of stock online but stock is available at your selected store, just add anything equal value and do a swap when you pick up your order.

    • If? is it too late to sign up for the promotion?
I dont see anything on their website re $$$'s off anymore

  • what kind of pod does it use? Can you use aldi's pod on this one?
considering to get one for weekend coffee consumption.

    • No. Nespresso and nespresso compatible only like L'or, Coles generic.

  • Ahhh goddamnit:
Error:Sorry, an error has occurred while trying to retrieve the inventory status of this product.

    • +1

Same problem here, change to "click and collect" should fix the problem

      • Goddamnit! My card got charged for some reason why I tried. Didn't get an email confirmation.

        /facepalm

No wonder these retailers are going out of business, they don't even do e-commerce properly.

        • my card got charged double -.-

        • I think they only provide a refund on a DJ gift card. Not 100% sure but check with them.

        • I'd say that's only when there's a return or something. Giving a DJ gift card as a result of a glitch in their system is highly unethical and possibly illegal as well.

PS: I contacted their online sales team (pretty responsive); hoping to get this sorted on Monday.

Does it actually come with the Aeroccino? And is $127.20 a decent price for a machine like this, compared to an el-cheapo $70 Aldi one?

    • The RRP on this thing is $299. Would make people think you spent more than you actaully did by a huge margin.

    • It is absolutely worth it. It's worth it at twice the price.

  • deal over. Out of stock. I had one in my cart and fell asleep before paying for it! Damnit!

  • Just got this (the Breville branded version, thanks wtfnodeal).

Geez, $299 (RRP) -> $249 (Normal price) -> $202.20 (after small appliance promo) -> $192.20 (after WELCOME promo) -> $187.20 (after TREATME promo) -> $127.20 (after cashback). Then they charge $9.95 delivery, but take that off as another "promotion".

Love seeing all those "minus" $$ notes on the order … kinda makes you feel sneaky!

    • Dont know how you got it down to $202… I applied the 2 codes and got $234!~

      :(

  • Got the DeLonghi Click & Collect from Bondi Junction. Ordered last night, ready for collection this morning. $97.20 with the Amex promo and I'm pretty happy

  • Great Deal OP!. Bought one of these machines few months back, and have been trying different pods. Nespresso ones taste good, but are little pricey. Lor were too bitter for my liking.
IF you are looking for alternatives, these are worth considering.

www.coffeecapsuledelights.com - Very good taste and aroma. slightly cheaper than Nespresso. My favorite varieties are Kenyan, Indian (both Strong). Proto (smooth creamy), and chocolate cream (great for cappuccino / or if you like chocolate.)

www.cravecoffee.com.au - Only one type of coffee, but it was the closest taste/smell to a good cafe quality coffee, I could get from any pod machine.

    Enjoy.

    • I got the free sample deal from crave coffee. They are good people, to be sure, and I put their coffee at around 6 on the intensity scale. It's like a Roma.

Unfortunately that's not exactly what I want and I'm currently going through more intense coffees like Kazaar and Dharkan.

    • Thanks for the advice, noob question how do I identify which pod brand is suitable for this machine?

      • +1

        it will state "nespresso compatible"

  • For some reason I don't get the 20% off from the Original price of $249? Am I missing a step or something?

    • add to bad then view bag to see the further 20% discount to bring it down to $199

      • same here, added to the bag, went all the way to the payment console, still the price didnt change. I used click and collect option, did it work for others?

  • Out of stock, Delonghi brand has 20% off further from Amex price will down to $97.20 ,breville has no further discount, but still can bring the price down to $127.20 with promo code and cash back.

    • Cant seem to get it down to $199 either… only $234 after applying discount codes :(

      Think I figured out why:

Cardmember Instant Rewards: Save 20% on Nespresso and fully automatic coffee machines from De’Longhi

Im not a DJs card member!!!

      • I think there is a problem with the online ordering. Beside from no stock. I tried many times yesterday soon you click checkout it will reduced to $199 then you enter the promo code . Even if you don't have di reward card it should go down. But not today sorry. Try again later they might get stock.

        • It looks like cardmembers can get 20% off the price of this item because it is an extra discount on top of the already reduced price from $299 to $249. It doesn't mention being linked to the "full price".

I'm guessing Non-cardmembers don't get the 20% from the "Save 20% when you spend $100 on full-priced small appliances" discount because it has already been reduced from $299 to $249 and so is no longer full priced. But they shouldn't be tagging that item with that discount if that's the case.

The "Save 20% when you spend $100 on full-priced small appliances" works on ever other item except those already marked down with a red price.

  • Looks a good deal - shame I don't have a DJ store card or Amex!

is this the 110 or the 210 version? I cant seem to find the difference between the models on the Nesspresso's website. They both come with the milk frother?

ah - 210 model has the frother integrated and is the newer version! Harvey Norman have it for 249, cahsback plus an 25 eftpos gift card for those without the Amex/DJ cards
