Here is the deal with motoring services gift card links & info.
Mostly they provide the Woolies Wish Gift Cards.
RAC (WA) also provides other cards including Myer (but not Coles/Myer?)The Ambassador Card can also be used to purchase 5% off Coles gift cards and others, but it costs $199 and there is a minimum $2 fee for delivering the gift cards.

entertainment book is the only way i know. Woolies has no limit which is good, coz woolies is better where i am anyway, plus u can use it for petrol. effectively 7-8cents off a litre at 5%, which stacks the usual vouchers!!
