From the link:

*Optislim 2000 VLCD(very low calorie diet) is a nutritionally balanced total meal replacement designed for people requiring a practical weight management program.

The Optislim 2000 VLCD contains all of your daily nutritional requirements, including 26 vitamins and mineral, when you use 3 sachets per day.*

While the RRP is $50 you can regularly get them for $40 at most chemists. The website doesn't show it but in Chemist Warehouse I saw signs for $29.99 per box and the 2 for $55 special is advertised in the above link.

Useful for large folk who want to drop weight fast. Works - but make sure you get your vegies, water, and vegetable oil or it'll bung up your system like nobodies business. Be ready for severe bad food cravings. The idea is to not only lose weight but learn how to eat small^ meals and resist temptation.

Unknown expiry date but as the website warns: Subject to availability, no substitutions, limited time only

^ small meaning normal-healthy-portions, but small for people who need things like Optislim to lose weight.

  • May I suggest everyone consults their GP prior to using this or any other weight reduction product … there are better ways.

In my opinion optifast is a far superior meal replacement product nutritionally wise - and no Im not a doctor - just going on the advice of one of my close friends and her discussions with her GP and comparing the packaging of the two.

    • I agree with all of the above.

Optifast was designed to reduce fat before surgery. Top notch product. Optislim is pretty much a knock-off.

      Cheap though.

  • obvious troll is obvious!
