    I got save $20

    • -6

      Lucky you….

    • Same.

    • same, trying if can do twice as last time

  • +2

    I got $15 off $50

    • +1

Mine too, and only on selected items for me.

      • +2

Same, wonder how the algorithm works…

    • The $15 off $50 seems to be a different offer. If one has $30 or $20 off, you may also get $15 off $50, but may not be able to be applied together.

  • +1

I got $20 but still a good deal. Hasn't been too much on Uber lately.

  • +4

I am uber one member but can't see the deduction in the total… is there a code to use?

    • It's auto applied for me - no code to enter

  • Is it like discount at each supermarket?
Or do I have choose just one supermarket for it?

  • Comparing prices for a few items there's generally like $1 difference in the items I looked at between Uber and Coles online, guess you still save money overall though with the $20 off.

    • +2

      Around 10% higher

      • Yup, that sounds about correct.

  • +4

Thanks got $30 off $40 spend. Total after service fees was $16 - bargain

  • +1

Got the $20 off $40, after fees came to $25 for a $41 basket. Still better than getting scammed by woolies in person, cheers!

  • +1

UberEats prices are higher than in-store and don’t follow promo programs. Delivery isn’t usually covered by Uber One either. In the end, we only save a few bucks. It’s just not worth it.

    • +3

Delivery was covered by Uber One for me.

    • +8

The trick is get stuff that is never on sale. I have ordered frozen fruit and other stuff which has saved me tens of bucks, which is alright.

  • +3

    I got nothin'

  • This will increase the shop & deliver for those drivers.

It's a PITA to do pack & deliver as you have to spend the time to find and pick and pack it

  • +1

    Save $15 on $50 here.

  • Anyone have the subject line of the email - only getting $20 off here.

    • Better than nothing
      Better than $10
      Still good
Just need to decide what to buy

    • Subject of the email is: "Uber One: $30 off groceries"

      • Thanks, only 1 out of my 3,300 accounts had it

  • Does anyone know if the discount will be removed if some items are out of stock and refunded which cause the total to fall below $40?

    • +1

I've had this happen a few times and no, the discount won't be removed.

      • +2

        Yep, that is correct.

Order a few things that are always out of stock and you can increase your savings substantially.

    • +1

I just did this and one (major) item was out of stock, i selected refund (the money) and my order showed up higher with it. So looks like the discount is removed.

      YMMV

Luckly I quickly added some more items

      • did you have the chance to add more items right there and then? how long was the window where you got to do that?

        • Yep i was able to chnage it as they were shopping. Took him 45mins to get 5 items, i think he had dinner whilst on the time. Oh well.

      • just use a virtual card just incase they charge more

    • I inadvertently did this today as only half the quantity I ordered was available. Still ended up with the full discount, missing items value was just not billed. Ended up around $5 for approx. $25 goods.

    • +1

My experience is completely opposite. I just got charged for the full price because some items are OOS and the total price is below the minimum order requirement. So discount is removed. ☹️

      • This exact thing just happened for me. Now I’m stuck with a few over priced items because it’s under the $40 minimum. This has happened twice to me so far, won’t be falling for these deals again.

        • Is their system moody? How come people have different experiences?

          • +1

@Suricate: I can confirm the same experience, if the out of stock items bring the total below the min spending, then the discount got removed.
Luckily I chatted to the customer service to get the order cancelled before the driver going to the checkout.

  • I got spend $40, save $20. Still a great deal, even with the increased prices you save money vs in store. The grocery deals make Uber One worth it themselves.

  • Can we stack with this offer?

    • +1

No, payment is using uber shopper's card/money or uber own prepaid card given to the pickers.

  • +2

I don't see any offer :( (have uber one)

  • +1

    Didn’t get this :(

  • Thanks OP. Showed $20 off $40 spend for Coles, Woolies and IGA, and ordered from the former two.

  • +1

    IGA seems bloody expensive
    Who buy from them?
    How do they survive?

    • IGA for me can be cheaper than woolies sometimes

      • Oh… I guess each IGA store has its own pricing

    • My local IGA is cheaper than Colesworths for most fresh food.

  • I got $20 off $40, not bad but the deal a few months back which gave 5x$30 off $40 spend was too good

  • +2

Nice, seems like you can keep ordering until the promo runs out. 3 orders placed so far

    • Only once for me

    • From what I have observed, you can keep ordering until one of your orders is delivered.

      • Ohh

      • Yep just noticed that too but its actually end when they picked up the orders from the store

    • Did you get the discount 3 times?

  • +1

Got $30 off 40 twice at coles, but different stores. Just grabbed 2 x olive oil 1L and a cheap item to make it just over $40 for each order. That's 4L for around $20. Service fee was a couple bucks on top.
Need to be a plus member. Go to groceries then select deals, then select Stores. Will show you eachbstores discount.

    • What's plus member?

      • UBER ONE

        • I thought it's some sort of higher membership

          • @Suricate: Sorry, yeah, uber one. I have so many memberships, i loose track.

  • Any bargain?

  • +1

The total price will vary depending on which store you choose. Closer the store to your house.. cheaper the delivery fee will be.. or free. So if you order late at night.. and you don't have a coles store opened near by.. it will choose a store that's opened further away and potentially paying more for delivery fee.

  • Interesting, ordered on Thursday and got this deal $20 off $40, but got a notification today, and seems like, not able to redeem again.

  • Did anyone try to save $2.20 by scheduling the delivery? It's on the app, not on the browser.
I tried, but the receipt doesn't show a $2.20 discount.

    • +2

tried yes $2.2 off schedule only available from APP order.
once delivered, the discount did show on receipt (check in app).

      • Thanks for the reply!
No, it doesn't appear on my receipt in the app.

      • Sweet will try this next time.

  • Can someone share 20$ off 40$ coupon screenshot,my total got below 40 as the items are not available and now the support keeps asking me a screenshot of the offer

  • I noticed that Coles very recently jacked up their prices in Uber Eats. Coles items used to be 10% higher on Uber Eats, but now the difference is 28% higher on Uber Eats. That's a big jump.

    • Yes, so I ordered on Woolworths via UberEats instead
Better use it asap before the jump
