  Ordered mine a couple of days ago, $105 USD - doesn't come to AUD115, comes to about AUD140 which incl. shipping fees. Also, not sure if you've ordered from the above, but just checking: we're sorry. This item can't be shipped to your selected destination.   Hold up, how much did you end up being billed for this; as I said I was billed AUD140 - you were billed less? I might message amazon myself if so. I bought the straight cable though (104.99US)
