        I am not talking about this deal. I ordered batteries online to collect in store. Walked into the nominated store was told to come back again with the ready pick up confirmation. Waited for 3 months nothing came through but only a tax invoice. Emailed to find out what went wrong but never received a reply. Worst customer services among all other major retailers.

    It's not the OPs fault that the deal is not working anymore - someone obviously let officeworks know, or they had a huge amount of orders which brought it to their attention.

    I ordered a 32G WiFi Ipad Air

    The tax invoice stated delivery - TBC - to be confirmed

    Rang OW yesterday - informed on back order - up to 20 working days !!!
    When I suggested this was a Xmas present - informed me to ring again 1 wk

    ?? do you think anyone would price match the tax invoice

    Was told this morning that there isn't a ETA on the iPads on the system.

    Please try tomorrow, she offered a refund but said you got them at staff pricing and I would hang in there!

    Lucky it's just for me and not an Christmas gift!

      Yea i saw the availiability of the white 128 cellular, tried to change and was told not possible. Had to wait till stock comes in.

      The purchase was also not a Christmas related one, but i think the question was how long of a time frame is reasonable before we call it a day? How long is a piece of string?

    Well, I ordered 64GB Cellular Air to pick up in Brisbane City (Adelaide St). Phoned them on Monday and they told me that it's going to be there by Friday… I see that it's not happening. Disappointed.

      I ordered a Space Grey 32gb wifi and got the same response. Apple store says they can ship within 24 hours? Surely OW are just holding out hoping those who ordered will cancel….. it is ridiculous

    Just got an email from OW "attached is a tax invoice"
    previous email was an order confirmation.

    Tax invoice - iPad 32G grey $567 - quantity ordered 1, quantity supplied 1.

    Presumably now available for pick-up. I'll give OW Aspley a call tomorrow.

    Just in time - my son's Birthday tomorrow.

    Got mine today. I'm in Melbs.

    Logged in this morning to check my order status. It had changed to "Completed". Had been "in Process" since day one.

    Called their support line and they said they had no stock and I would still be waiting with no ETA. They could not explain the status change.
    A few hours later my local OW store called to say it was ready for collection.

    Sticker on box underneath shrink wrap said OW TEAMMEMBER.
    It's good to be a team player :)

    No qns asked.
