It will be in your purchase/download history, so you can always delete it if you must and download it at a later date.
You can access your history either from the console or via Xbox.com.

Borderlands 2 is $19.98 but I'm not sure if that is the normal or discounted price. The US store is showing $7.49.That is the sale price…normal price is $79 lol ;)

You can buy from PSN US and play on PSN AU account.Do you mean you can buy US content using a AU account? Because you can always buy with a US and play via AU account on Xbox too.
