The wifi models are Exynos and the LTE models are Snapdragon.
Why does Samsung keep fragmenting their products? If one is better than the other, they should just stick to it for all models.

But I'm also considering the Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" from Amazon which is the same resultion but much cheaper. A 64GB unit will be under $500 USD shipped (Amazon doesn't rip you off on internal memory like many do).
