Yes, I only received email after inquiring about my order. I had received the atlantis shoes a few days earlier. I ordered the shoes separately, so I suppose that's how come I got the choice.

Ordered Two pair of shoes (different design) on 28th, send an email earlier today to get the same response as above.
But lucky that they decided to change both pairs to a different model.
So far really impressed with there customer service, was on the run for a cheap ugly looking shoes, now looks like my feats are ending up into better looking and comfortable ones.

All decent sizes of that are sold out, so I'm going to hold off ordering anything for now (they did say they'll offer any shoe for the next 12 months).
Just got the replacement email, they didnt have to honor the deal with no stock, so they are really going above and beyond to offer replacements which makes me a happy customer.
so is it a replacement for each shoe purchased? in my case do I get to pick two shoes since I purchased two styles each valued $19.95?
Nope…. I ordered two pairs at $19.99 each, got same email offering one replacement at any value plus a refund of $19.99
I'm happy for that, as they were under no obligation to offer such a replacement deal.
I'll just wait to see what new stock may be available in the next couple of months, if they look like closing down the worst case scenario is I just grab whatever is left or a refund else I've really only lost $19.99 in real terms.

How did you get an offer for replacement plus refund? From the email I received I got the impression that its either refund or a replacement.
aztech crazyhorse has arrived. not tried them on yet but it looks like a decent $60 shoe rather than $20. I personally don't see 100+ value in them but I think they are well worth 20 delivered. Colorado finally came up with the goods.
Same have 12 months but who is to say they will still be around so ordered now before all size 11's go
