    I'd been using this app as freeware up until they recently started charging. It had been free, then suddenly after an automatic update it started asking to pay and no longer worked at all as freeware. Wasn't that impressed with how they handled this change from freeware to payware, but having said that, it's a great effective app.

    although the site is down - the direct link is working - i have successfully installed the windows version and upon starting it - the online guides were available.

    Any ideas if this will clean the auto download of the ios 7 installer for iPhone? Stupid forced download, even blocked the mesu apple software server on my router and it still found its way on somehow

      Unfortunately, I believe that would require root access, so PhoneClean would not be able to remove the file.

      Yes it should be fine! I would probably recommend running the Quick Scan instead of the Deep Scan, because the latter deletes messages by default (part of its privacy clean-up tools).

      If you want to be totally safe, you should back up your iPhone before continuing, simply because you just never know with those damn work devices!

      I know – I was very satisfied with my results too; some apps store a huge amount of crap (I'm looking at you, Facebook & Twitter), and this is much better than reinstalling the whole app. I like to think of it as CCleaner for iOS devices…

    600 MB cleared from my phone. It looks like it was mainly in the app cache more than anything; the "Other" storage did not budge from the original 1.4 GB allocated.

      You can choose Toolbox and custom choose to what to clean, worked for me on a 4S IOS 6.1 Jailbroken phone.

      I have a hunch you're trying to download it directly onto your iOS device; however, this is software that you run on your OS X/Windows computer to clean up your connected iOS device.
