Was browsing for ink toners for my cannon than found this printer , just added another $5 instead of buying cannon ink-refill and got my self a brand new printer, pretty sure it comes with brand new cartages with both black and color. Its available online and in stores. Still waiting on mine to come so can't comment on its performance
That's correct. They call them 'Low Yield' cartridges!

I bought my HP printer in the early 2000's and it's STILL going strong, even though the casing is quite flimsy! I can't even remember the last time I replaced the ink cartridges, so, for a cheapy, I reckon they're ok :)

Ink is expensive,refil is messy. Go colour laser instead.

if you don't need colour, going fo a mono multifunction laser is a best bet, issue with ink is they get dry if you don't use them often , also cost per page is more expensive than laswer. so if not worry about colour, I recomend the Dell B1163w , comes with 700 pages toner enought for a year if you don't print much at home, see link below

They normally only come with half filled ink.
