    What does it do? Recharge mobile phones?

      It's rechargeable, and it's a touchpad, for your finger to touch, like all other touchpads on laptops, just wireless.

    Please note the Mac version does not support any advanced gesture control tool like Better Touch Tool. I returned it and get an apple one instead. Better touch tool is a very useful one, have a check.
