Originally I just wanted to make prawn tempura in the wok, but searching the web lead me to a website to make perfect deep fried chips. Then I got the munchies. Did some investigation of deep fryers and decided to purchase the above Brevile. Tried to use the JbHifi gift card I bought before christmas, JB has this model for $148 buit local shop (Brighton) doesnt stock. So down the road I went to Good Guys. Theirs is listed at $139, but when I bought it, I only had to pay $128.
