I used these and they really worked. If you are obese or borderline obese, they are a good way to kickstart weight loss, combined with cardio excercise. But after the weight loss starts, switch to real healthy foods like porridge or poached eggs for breakfast; these powders aren't good for you, but you do lose weight.

I too use these shakes…. great way to manage/lose weight.

Mix'em up and drink, wait 10min for it to thicken/settle in gut, and bammmmmm no more hunger!
