  • isnt it $165….$10 extra for the enclosure and free delivery?

  • seems to me $155 is for hdd + normal usb enclosure + free delivery

  • Here the direct link to the deal.
HDD is specified as Western Digital WD10EACS.
    \_/7

  • looks like usb is $155 whereas the esata option is $165

  • now $159?

    • Seems to be $159 now: "Price: $159.00"

The picture that was shown isn't the same thats there now, the "offer" seems to be over.

"We accept payment method by :
      Credit card Payment ( Surcharge 2% ) ( Visa / Master Card Only )
      PAY PAL ( Surcharge 4 % )
      E F T ( In Store Only )
      Money Order
Direct Deposit ( Bank Transfer )"

Also it doesn't appear to have free postage as I put one in the shopping cart to see and it showed:
"The total amount does not includ handling & freight charge.
Shipping cost will be confirmed by e-mail.
      Local(Metro)Delivery under 15kg (Per Box) from $15.00
Interstate Delivery under 15kg (Per Box) from $20.00
Express Air Delivery (depends size of goods) from $12.00"

$128 for a better version of the HDD
$38 for a better version of the casing

    Total $166

The free freight is really the only thing that makes it interesting.

    Not a bargain, IMO.

  • I haven't dealt with them before but my friends have had fairly positive feedback from them. The general consensus I got was that they were slightly more expensive than MSY but offered slightly better service and stock levels in return.

If you are in perth go to $149
    http://netplus.com.au/products-detail.asp?pcode=MYUSASISO100…

Outside perth, if you buy other stuff with them, you can order this one for $149 (so not for instore pickup only) but the hard disc is WD10EAVS vs xpmircro WD10EACS.
