Look at this great deal that I could not go past. Note some stores don't have the sale tag up. I just showed them their web site.

I tried getting what I believed to be the same sheets the other day in Big W as that price has been on the site for a little while. Scanned every possible similar option in the same colours as the website but none were reduced.

QV Big W won't price match the online store, called their customer service line and they confirm stores do not have to price match

Thanks OP! Managed to get a set of KB sheets in cream (big w Kingsway in WA). The shelf tag was full price, but scanned at $14, reduced from 69.

There is nothing that states "online price only". If there was, I wouldnt have gone to QV Big W at lunch time and wasted my time. It seems you have to phone up or go instore to check whether the price advertised online is available instore or online only. Would be easier if Big W differentiated on it's website Hmmmm, has Big W got confused about the concept of online shopping?

  Its not an online price only, plenty of examples of it being in store, your store must only have the new branded/package which is a different SKU and hence is full price

    Thanks, you are right, people have bought in store, so it must be the packaging. It would be good if the QV Big W Customer Service desk staff at QV knew about the "packaging" price difference (old stock?) as opposed to telling me "its an online price only".

Thanks for posting, got both king and queen sizes at Doncaster Melb VIC Big W yesterday, price still marked at the higher price but scanned at $14 at the checkout. Still a few left. Great post.
