  Hmmm Processed Fish… probably like 80% other stuff and only 20% fish.

  I rarely buy these anymore. I go to Costco and buy the crumbed or marinated frozen fish. A lot better and cheaper than the same product in Woolies or Coles.

    Actually typically it's more like 60% fish and 40% crumbs and other stuff. If you want to avoid the crumbs, then start from whole fish. Fish is not that difficult to cook.

  Yes, it is the same price instore. It is listed in this week's catalog for 50% off at $2.81. I think the online price is a bit higher than store price.
