          As mentioned by the rep in the description, you needed to select the 12month payment (for $24) then the code will work, bringing it down to $12 for the year. Can't do month by month with the discount.

    I use Backup Creator for backing up and moving my sites does this work with your servers? Has anyone had success with this or backup buddy with this host?

        JetBombat, please send through a support ticket. We didn't have any downtime today (except for our 9web.com.au technical issues)… it isn't normal to have dropouts, we should be able to help you out.
