Most often used argument against this tv-monitor is at native resolution & HDMI1.4 you only get 30Hz. Might be a big problem for gaming. However for developers who are looking at static text most of the time (lines and lines of code & debug output), it's actually not that big an issue.
Late to this thread, but apparently a firmware HDMI 2.0 fix is coming in the next few months to bring higher refresh rates (60Hz I believe).
Making this an even bigger steal.
My only problem is Amazon says it doesn't ship to Australia yet so many others have been able to, what am I doing wrong?
Yeah somehow it's not shipping to Australia now. Someone bought it and delivered within a week from the last deal in January so Amazon must have updated its policy.

I wonder what other options will be available, Kogan are supposedly bringing one out soon, any other options anyone knows of?
On a side note: Kinda cool to know that Amazon might have been "Ozbargained" on their Seiki 4K's and that's why they stopped it :P
