  • Wow!!!
Best on staticice is $42 at MSY.
I've been on the lookout for a good deal on another full-size decent quality wireless mouse for a while now, and this one ticks most of the boxes (bluetooth would be great).
I've had a MS W'less 6000 (V1) as part of a HN kybd/mouse mega-deal (less the then-current MS 30% cash-back) since last June, so I don't see this V2 being very different from what I'm accustomed to using.
No HTs handy to me so I can see a trip to the local OW on tomorrow's horizon. OW have it listed for $69.95, so it could be another jaw-dropper coming up!
    Thanks aznsniper.

  • i got this for $38 from officeworks yesterdy actually… they price matched MSY. Mine is version 2.0

excellent mouse by the way highly recommended

  • Wow! You really are an Asian Sniper!

  • Great post. I'm still running the old Logitech G7, looks like a good update given the state of mine :)

  • I've got the V1.. do people actually think these are great mice? I got the Wireless Laser 6000 keyboard/mouse combo too (from OW when the rebate was on) and it's nice overall but the keyboard has some small issues with games (if you push too many buttons it just ignores some). Never had a keyboard which had that issue.

Also the mouse has issues zooming in with Windows Photo Viewer (default photo app in Windows) - it takes a SERIOUS amount of scrolling to zoom in, feels like I'm rolling the wheel endlessly! But it works fine for games (the mouse that is) and browsing.

Overall the mouse is fine but the zooming issue is annoying. Precise and very comfortable to hold (ergonomic design) with horizontal scrolling.

    • +1

you can change how much each scroll does in the settings

  • I've had this mouse before as well, think it's the V1 as it came in a black cube like box. Mine seems to have developed the occasional 'sleep' problem… if you stop moving the mouse (eg: when reading a webpage), when you want to move it again, it won't respond for a few seconds and then it wakes up and you can continue on. Also the mouse clicks sometimes just don't register (exceptionally frustrating if you're a gamer, better off with Logi or Razer gear) I thought it was a battery problem, but fresh batteries didn't fix it shrug

BOC14: I'm pretty certain if you switch to this mouse from the G7, it'll be a downgrade!

    • That's with all wireless mice. Same with my MS Bluetooth Mouse 5000.

  • good price

  • This deal has NOT EXPIRED, even though it was promoted as a one day deal. It is still listed at $32.95 on the HT site and can still be added to your shopping cart.
I picked up one this morning from OW Garden City (BrisVegas).
    Price-match -5% = $31.30
The shop assistant verified on the HT site, then referred up through 2 levels for OK since their shelf price is $69.95.
    All good!!
    Thanks again aznsniper.

  • Great deal, picked one up from the Hawthorn business center after waiting around 1 week after I went in store and ordered after seeing the post. The mouse doesn't seem as solid as my previous Laser 5000, but works fine.
