    same here with my last order :( Ordered a ps3 controller on the 26/12, got tracking code on the 30th and since then ….I'm still waiting. Everytime I call or write to them they give me the same answer" we are experiencing technical difficulties with your order, we have fixed the problem, we will contact you soon"
    Before that, my gift card order was smooth without problems/delays

    Exactly. Last order I placed online for 'Click and Collect.' No response after confirmation of order. Called store few days after Xmas. Staff said new management, cost cutting, no staff to collect for order. Even stock is still available and staff admitted it is ablsolutely their mistake, cannot honour my order on DS camera bags. Will not waste time with Dick Smith online again. Go JB Hi Fi and ask for a JB deal.

  I noticed they have jacked up the prices on some items in anticipation of the free delivery. This calculator was $15.99 regular price last week but is now $19.99 with free delivery.

    Good spot. Also, DS had changed return policy. Only adheres to statutatory requirement. JB has much better policy.

  Bought a Canon M2560 printer in JB for $38 a fortnight ago. Australia Post was $39. Next door Dick Smith was selling $59. Hope DS will pick up its game as 1. Mr.Smith is still alive though no longer his business. Don't shame his name. 2. more competition is healthier in Australia market. Until then, I will wait for a better bargain on the closing down sale.
