    My last two DSE purchases have both been refunded (after weeks of waiting and having to call their customer support and asking WTF is going on?) I had to ask for the first refund, they canceled my order after a few days as they couldn't fulfill it ($249 Pioneer Surround Sound deal) problem is they forgot I'd want a refund or to even tell me they had canceled the order.
    Most recently it's the Yamaha 101 Sound Bar. Same price, same outcome. Both orders still say awaiting fulfillment on my account. WTF are they doing there?
    I won't but from them online again, click and collect maybe, never delivery though.

      I have to agree with you Where's_That_Cake. I ordered one for click and collect at Fairfield NSW.Order went through fine and got confirmation email etc. Got a call this afternoon from DSE Fairfield store saying my order is cancelled because of no stock.

    There's also an Android app, but only compatible with a few phones (I'm guessing Bluetooth LE ones).

      6 month battery life I suppose, can't track your phone if it ran out of battery (could take a meer few hours).
      Would be better if the tag was smaller and out of sight, like fits into the back case of the Samsung :)

    Do the tags stick to children?

    Also can you have the revserse? I'd like to stick one on the boss & it sounds an alarm when he's within 10m

    Had these for ages. They are not consistent and often go off for no reason. Shame. Idea is great but overall a nuisance.

    We bought "stick n find" - similar product for the 4 year olds iPod, because she was always running it flat and never could find it, even with "find my phone". Was a life saver when on a driving holiday and she pipes up where's my iPod -our immediate reaction is - shoot its been left at our last stop do we need to turn around - a quick search using the closest iPhone revealed no, it's in the car somewhere, panic averted… A minutes silence (from all the kids) revealed its precise location. Usefulness, I imagine, would depend on the frequently items are misplaced. Of course, I can't comment on this specific product…
