Without looking at the phone/pic, I can give you a review of this phone.
1) Horrible ring tone. Choice of a few - all terrible. SMS tones worse.
2) Reception intermittent (have never dropped phone) sound - poor reception in strong signal area.
3) After a couple of charges, it needs a recharge every 5-6 hours on standby!The only thing good about it is that it takes two SIM cards.
OP describes it as dumb. It's not on the packaging. But I will rate it as DUMB too.
Buy this one and give it as a present to someone you never want to call.

Many of the cheap no-brand dual sim devices are very poorly made and have reception issues, as well as a sub-par battery life.
Nokia are by far the most reliable 'dumb' phones I've used, and if you want a cheap device try the Nokia 100 series (e.g 101, 108, 110) which are all dual sim capable. The more expensive ones will also have MicroSD card slots supporting 32GB capacities, and Mp3 file format support, so its not as dumb.
i've got a nokia 110. aside from the fiddly navi key and some navigation quirks, it's quite loaded on features. hardly a "dumb" phone :)
