    This sale is for a MHL v1 adapter, which has a 24Hz refresh rate whereas the MHL v2 adapter has a 60Hz refresh rate.

      Btw, only Note 3 and Samsung S4 can support MHL v2. Note 2 and Samsung S3 only can use MHL v1.

      Not true. That is a kernel/rom issue and not to do with the MHL adaptor.

      I'm using 60hz 1080p with my Note II (stock rom), MHL v1 and 5 to 11pin adaptor.

        The official Note II dock works with the Note III - all USB ports and the HDMI output. So I would be surprised if this didn't work with the Note III.

        I would like to thank you all for your support.Apparently there is a debate over this issue.

        I'm sorry to tell you this can not compatible with note 3,because the program is not supported
        note 3,and sometimes it may cause instability.

        I just confirmed it with our professional staff,he said the

        cable cannot transfer the audio.I'm sorry for this,it may let you down.

      Reading the description, seems like only S1,S2and Note1 play sound. S3 S4 Note2 will not. Checked on eBay for more info but they copy and paste the exact description so can't tell.

        It dosen't support Sony Xperia Z Ultra and LG G2,this product can only support Samsung/HTC ones.

    Anyone know what quality the sound system is like on the Galaxy S4? Could you play back a movie with clear audio quality? I spose the DAC doesn't matter if it's going digitally over HDMI right?

    Rep: Does it also charge the phone whilst the MHL is working? Or is the charger cable only to get it working? Otherwise the battery will drain pretty quickly..

      The charger adapter is only to get it working.But please don't worry about the battery,this product only needs 0.5A current from USB,and it can use about 3-4 hours continuously.
