  I recieved an email from Borders and it had a link for the voucher. On clicking the link, this voucher appears so I am assuming you can use this as voucher. If you really want to be sure, just ask the counter people at Borders

Agreed.. looks like a reminder to USE a $10 voucher previously supplied by email or post..

It doesn't seem to be a valid voucher. Borders had a promotion in May where if you spent $75 during May you get a $10 voucher to use in June. So this looks like a reminder only.

It is just a reminder for those who still have the voucher off their receipts from the purchases they made in May.
