Accuchek Performa Nano, Accuchek Performa & Accuchek Mobile $0 after Cashback TWC Pacific Fair

51

Roche (company that produce these) are currently offering $60 cash back for the Accuchek Mobile, and $40 cash back for the Accuchek Performa & Accuchek Performa Nano.

We at Terry White Chemists Pacific Fair have lowered the price to match the cash back (we would have lowered it further, but the company will only reimburse customers what they have paid).

Cash back is valid until 31/03/2015 unless Roche decide to end it sooner.

Aren't they just about always running a cashback on these?

How has ever paid full price…

Agree. They run cash backs on these most of the time.

They pretty much give these away for free so that you have to buy their testing strips.

      • so that you have to buy their testing strips.

        why I assume aren't cheap.

do they do cash backs on the strips ?

5 finger discount is always available .

        • Good luck stealing something that is usually either behind the counter these days or if not, always has a security tag on it!!

Nope, but as long as you are an NDSS member you get strips (and many other diabetic supplies) heavily discounted (~$60 down to ~$15 for the Performa strips, for example).

Meters have come a long way in the last 20 years though, for sure. Always happy to see that promos like this are run frequently. There are often "trade in your old meter and get a new one for $0" type deals going, too, if you're looking for an upgrade.

A quick look seems to suggest our prices are around 4-6 dollars lower than the competition (Pharmacy direct and Amcal)

  • have someone tried earlier that you will definitely get $60 cash back?
or they just say upto $60 and in the end they just give you less.

    any experiences….?

If they didn't, they'd be in trouble with the ACCC

If you pay $60, they give you $60 back.
However, if you find it somewhere for cheaper than the $60, say some chemist decides to put it on sale for $50, they'll only give $50 cashback, because you have to send them a copy of your receipt, & they can't give you money back that you didn't pay.
(Also, you can't buy it off Ebay or something & try to get the cashback like that, won't work)
