Hmmm, decisions, decisions, decisions. I was really intent on a U2414H, but that's more than double the cost of a S2340L or S2440L.

Wow didn't even know that the U2414H was a thing… It looks amazing, not that this at all helps you to save money on the cheaper monitor haha
I am going for 3 Screens for maximum awesome, so jusst think of it as you could have one of those, or almost 3 of there for a similar price

I would go for the S2_40L's, but the glossy-ness concerns me. But that price…
It is worth noting that the 24" screen doesn't have an IPS panel.

If I am reading the right spec sheets.
The 24" is a VA panel. As I understand it, it has a better contrast ratio and black levels than the IPS models (you won't have IPS glow), but it's viewing angles aren't quite as good.

There is still quite a price difference between this and the 24" IPS from dell though.

Ended up grabbing two S2440L's. I didn't receive an email from them, though, so there's a fair chance they got my email address wrong on the phone. Terrible system. Here's hoping they got my physical address right.
i ordered a 2340L . my credit card got debite,d no email. the lady called back to double check the emial, but havent received anything yet..
Im still waiting on a callback from the rep to confirm whether my order went through from last night when I talked to him, he was meant to call me at 10:30am this morning. I now see that they are all sold, whether one is mine or not is still a mystery. Why they cant do this all via an online method is beyond me, seems very haphazard.
Got a call back about 1:30pm today, didnt manage to get one it seems. Bummer.
