Black & Decker 18V Li-Ion Drill Combo Kit Inc Sander, Jigsaw, Tyre Inflator $139 + Postage

140

This a repost of the last deal that sold out.

I wanted to get another one of these drill kits, they sold out so quick last time and i regretted not buying 2! I organised to get another one and they said they have now listed the rest of the stock in their ebay store, and after this there will be no more.

Thanks to Zooboy, i also got the impact driver head from master:

Which is on special at the moment for $35 + $8.95 postage if your like me in Adelaide and dont have a store close by to pickup from.

MY ORIGINAL POST:

Been keeping an eye on these and the Price has dropped dramatically!

I Bought the drill unit alone 6 months ago for about $180, and have used it for trade and it has been perfect, never had a problem and it get a workout daily, so for DIY people this would be great.

Was looking to buy another and found this awesome deal. You get the drill, sander, tyre inflator, oscillating blade and jigsaw all for $139.

I called to make sure it was correct and it sure is. They are clearing out 20 units.

Each attachment usually sells by itself for about $60, and the drill is around the $160 mark. I bought my first one at supercheap auto one day when our dewalt broke on a job site and needed another one in a hurry. I got the tyre inflator too for an extra $60 at the time and have used it at least once a week since, its such a handy tool to be able to pump up tyres with your drill, and the batteries last a long time too.

seems like a pretty good deal to me. if you go to supercheap or bunnings and buy the bits by themselves it would end up costing $380

  • Anyone got any real specs? Can't find much reference to BDCMT180CKX, BDCMT180CK or even BDCMT180 anywhere.

    Variable speed?

    • +1

Edit: Stuff it. I bought one. Need a cordless drill and better than a no-name brand from super cheap etc surely

  • Gah, bought one.

Bought one from earlier post - great value!
Here's the back of the box with specs: http://tinypic.com/r/2d91mas/8

    • Thanks.

Also bought the impact driver since it was fairly cheap but don't expect it to be undoing anything significant really.

  • Couple questions…
Does this come with the hammer drill option, or is it just a driver drill head?
What is the torque rating for the impact driver head?

    • Not a hammer drill include. Just driver. The back of the box post above shows a "hammer" attachment, but given I can't really find any info, I don't like your chances of finding the hammer attachment.

Hammer drills often best to be AC powered IMO.

    • Thanks. All the listings refer to it as a BDCMT180 instead of BDCDMT180 however I was still not able to find it manually browsing the website because I was looking under drills rather than multitools…. Actually the box photo lists it as a BDCMT180.

      I wonder if the extra D makes a difference…

The model number on my drill's power unit is BDCDMT180-XE

  • What's the build quality like?

  • Damn I couldn't resist it this time. Anyone know of a good deal on the router head thingo?

    Edit $35 at masters.

    • I bought one.aha

  • Bought this drill with accessories from another Ebayer for $149 + postage about 3 months back.

The drill itself is OK but not great when compare to one from Makita which I also have, but amazingly with the impact driver fitted to it, it does the job quite well and I tend to use it instead of the Makita's more frequently as I can abuse it bit more due to the 4 years warranty. Also the circular saw and jigsaw is very useful as well.

  • Got the last one! Ha Ha!
