I know the Silver colour is cheaper at $199, but this is the cheapest I have seen for the black colour and some people might prefer having the black colour version instead.

    $199 from Bing Lee. Their website shows the silver version, but I received the black version from them.
    It might be worth having a chat with them to see if you can ensure a black version.

      Sony Australia website no longer shows the silver colour. So it could be that Bing Lee February restock could be the black model now but have not updated their website.

        Thanks, that is very informative. The focus system on the Sony A6000 is very fast, can this lens keep up with the speed?
