      Different type of products -

This is a detachable tablet/laptop with Tegra 4 quad core (over dual core), better resolution WUXGA IPS 1920x1200 screen over 1368x768 non IPS screen, faster 64GB emmcSSD over traditional hard drives, and lighter weight over the Non detachable models that you linked.

      Cheers

Depends on what you are after, you can't really compare a laptop weighing 1.45Kg+ and a screen resolution of only 1366 x 768 to a convertible tablet weighing 0.6Kg and a screen resolution of 1900 x 1200.

Also where does it say that it includes office?

But something positive, it is a pretty good price for a the HP 10-E011AU, just should not compare it to a tablet.

      edit, beaten by 2 others.

Salesperson says - "This luxury Mercedes C63 AMG sedan is fully spec'd and top of the range. All yours today for $160K".
Buyer says - "No deal. The Ford dealer down the road offered me a Ford Territory SUV for $50k driveaway".
Yes they both have four wheels and get you from A to B, but they are different beasts.

You are not comparing apples with apples. This is a convertible tablet with removable keyboard, 1920x1200 res and android OS. You liked to a basic laptop with low res screen.
    Edit: beaten by rep.

You are not comparing apples with apples.

But they are comparing HP with HP.

      • So more like comparing Golden Delicious to Granny Smith?

      • I liked your troll

      to clarify the deal -
I am making the HP SlateBook x2 to $399

So to clarify, you are offering two for $399… That would be a good deal.

  • I like the look of the Fitbit Flex for that price - but is this the model that people have had problems with skin irritation?

    • the one you mentioned should be the Fitbit Force.

      • Yes the Force model is the one with issues that has been recalled

  • I was going to buy this thinking it was a windows machine but it only runs android. Need Microsoft outlook.

  • Hi Rep,

Is there any chance that you will be repeating the Sony VAIO deal from late last year? (www.ozbargain.com.au/node/126365)

    Cheers

      Hi bluedez_man,

Sorry man, can't repeat those prices anymore… laptop costs from suppliers/manufacturers have kept rising, including Sony. If you are keen on that model, send me a PM on things you might want to add on: eg the battery or other stuffs and i can try to work out a deal for you.
