I've got a similar machine, loses it's novelty after a while but great fun and doubles as a money box.

i got one from Deals direct for $19 last year. i bring it out for the kid's birthday parties. the fun sized chocco is the only size that will fit. you need to wrap it in cling wrap so the arms can grip it. fun but the music will drive you crazy in a short amount of time. our rule at parties for the kids is that you can have as many goes as it takes to get a chocolate, but you can only have one chocolate. Takes 3xD batteries. $10 is a steal.

i had one, its awesome :P it fell off the balcony though, so its a little broken now. But was fun!
