    Just so everyone knows, this website asks you AFTER you make a purchase to do a phone verification. So you need to provide your actual number when purchasing. I find this BS, no one online cd key store should need access to a phone number..

      Ahh good point. Testing that now.

      For your phone call issue, did you put country code?
      IE: Australia is +61 then your phone number.
      If its a mobile, you drop the 0.

    I went onto the website to update my number to drop the 0 as you suggested. It says I've used the maximum number of attempts and that I have to email. I emailed hours ago with no response. Really bad system.
