          My calculations have it as a 15.45%

          eg say an item was $112.36 … with 11% off that would make it $100.00, which you buy with a gift $100 gift card that cost you $95. You have saved $17.36 which equates to a 15.45% saving :)

    WARNING - If you do buy something, your "checkout screen" will show Free Delivery for most items.

    After you have purchased, the final price may be greater than expected - the system is charging a delivery fee during the payment process !!!

    The help line people confirm this is an issue with many customers, but if you don't check the final price, you won't know to request a charge-back of the fee ;-)

        Yes, you won't know about the charge until after the order is processed, that I why I said to request a charge-back of the fee ;-)
        They are aware of the issue and have said that they will charge-back in 24-48 hours :-)

          I saw the correct total BEFORE I paid, but I was actually charged a greater amount AFTER the payment went through…
          This is confirmed by myself and others on both CC and Gift Cards, but I don't know about PayPal…
          It isn't a major deal if you take a screenshot before you pay, because it will be easy to dispute, but many people may not even notice it if they aren't looking for it.

          I have the same problem - It seems that, depending on who you believe, they are still sitting in the warehouse in either Teneriffe QLD (less likely) or Penrith NSW (more logical) because somebody forgot to give them to Star Track for delivery :-(

          Weird. I know mine was shipped from Narre Warren (Vic), and I've had it for over a week… infact the case I ordered off ebay has already shown up also, and the refund on the delivery charge has been processed.

          I'd be up in arms about it by now if I hadnt received it!
